Rates are inclusive of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks - South Indian, Kerala cuisine. Meals will be with your host. Kerala cuisine is mildly flavoured gently cooked and has a certain gentle delicacy on the stomach. Food is often flavoured with spices such as ginger, cloves, garlic, cinnamon, pepper, mustard, cumin, cardamom, turmeric, chilli and coriander. These spices are used for the taste and to aid the digestion. We craft a new menu each day of your stay so you will never be bored.
